Eat at one of the most ambitious restaurants in Copenhagen when it comes to sustainable and responsible food - with no less than 99% local produce. Il Buco offers seasonally focused, Italian inspired food. Everything on their menu is made from organic, biodynamic and regenerative ingredients sourced from artisan producers and sustainable farmers.

Christer Bredgaard, the owner of Il Buco and his team never run out of sustainable initiatives. They vouch for local produce that make up 95% of their menu, dropped plastic bags, offer reusable coffee cups, repurpose excess water.
