Kamilla Seidler, Mette Strarup, Rune Toft and their team run a sustainable kitchen inspired by their own and their colleagues experiences in Latin American as well as Asian and Indian cuisines, resulting in a cavalcade of flavors.

At Lola, classic kitchen hierarchy is in the past, here everyone can be part of the process, have ideas and create new ways of doing things.

They also help marginalized groups to learn culinary techniques as well as build relationships and work as a team.
